Storage:
The fruit is not chemically treated and therefore the darkening is completely normal and the fruit is fine inside.
The fruit comes to us while it is still green and we let it turn yellow at a temperature of around 18-21°C, but for shipping it is also necessary to send less colored bananas to you so that you can monitor the ripeness as it suits you. To speed it up, just leave it in a bowl with other fruit.
Attention: Bananas must not be allowed below 8°C, as this will completely stop the ripening process and will no longer color.
