Discover the taste of the exotic with our juicy mangoes, which are carefully grown at the organic farm Nogales, located in the east of the island of La Palma. The mango is grown at an altitude of 200 meters, where it acquires a unique sweetness and full flavor thanks to the ideal climatic conditions.

What you can expect from our mangoes:
Freshness and quality: Our mangoes are harvested at their optimal ripeness to offer you an unforgettable taste experience. But not soft!

Storage:
For the best taste and quality, we recommend storing mangoes at room temperature until fully soft. After ripening, you can store it in the refrigerator, where it will last up to 5 days. Avoid direct sunlight.

Instructions for peeling:
Cut: Place the mango on its short side and cut two large pieces along the stone.
Cut the lattice: Cut the inside of each large piece into a lattice shape, but do not cut all the way to the skin.
Turn: Turn the sliced ​​mango inside out to make small cubes that are easy to peel from the skin.

Recipe: Mango smoothie
Ingredients:

1 ripe mango
1 banana
200 ml of coconut milk
1 spoon of honey
Ice as needed
Procedure:

Peel the mango and cut it into cubes.
Place the mango, banana, coconut milk and honey in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Add ice and mix again.
Serve chilled.
