Thanks to the family business in La Palma Sal Oceáno, a new project was created and that is the Dragon Salt. The combination of Flor de Sal, BIO dragon fruit and lavender gave rise to the perfect light, crunchy ingredients for cold cuisine.
Ideal for flavoring avocado, with cheese or in combination with a chocolate dessert.
