Storage: For the best taste and quality, we recommend storing mango at room temperature until it fully ripens. After ripening, it can be stored in the refrigerator, where it will last up to 5 days. Avoid direct sunlight.
Peeling guide:
- Cut: Place mango on its shorter side and cut along the length of the pit to get two large pieces.
- Cut a grid: Cut the inner side of each large piece into a grid pattern, but do not cut through the skin.
- Turn: Turn the sliced mango inside out to create small cubes that easily peel away from the skin.
