CREAMY MULBERRY VINEGAR
A perfect dressing for salads and for seasoning at the end of cooking. Very tasty when paired with chocolate desserts or vanilla ice cream. Sweet and sour flavor with a hint of tropical fruit. The vinegar is made from mulberry juice, which undergoes initial alcoholic fermentation followed by acetic fermentation until the desired result is achieved.
INGREDIENTS: Wine vinegar, mulberry (20%), water, sugar, thickening agent (xanthan gum), citric acid.
